1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using TicTacTactics, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
If you use TicTacTactics on behalf of a child or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. License to use the app
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TicTacTactics on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules and these terms.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Game play and online services
TicTacTactics includes AI play, local same-device play, and online features through Apple Game Center. Internet access and a compatible Game Center account may be required for online play and leaderboards.
Matchmaking, availability, performance, scores, and other online features may be affected by Apple services, connectivity, maintenance, or technical issues outside our control.
4. Rewards and virtual items
The app may award virtual rewards or unlock player symbols based on game activity. These items are licensed, not sold; have no cash value; cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged outside the app; and may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to operate or balance the game.
References to money-like values in victory screens are in-game rewards only and do not represent real currency or a promise of payment.
5. Premium: Remove Ads
TicTacTactics offers an optional non-consumable in-app purchase that removes advertising from the app. The price shown by the App Store at checkout applies. Apple processes payment, tax, refunds, family sharing eligibility, and purchase records.
You can use Restore Purchases in the app when signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoring depends on Apple’s systems and entitlement rules.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, automate play, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs.
- Do not harass other players or use online features unlawfully.
- Do not bypass security, advertising, purchase, or access controls.
- Do not disrupt the app, Game Center, website, or other users.
- Do not infringe intellectual property or other rights.
We may restrict access to features when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.
7. Intellectual property
TicTacTactics, its software, visual design, branding, text, graphics, and other original content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Feedback you choose to send may be used to improve the app without an obligation to compensate you, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold in that feedback.
8. Availability and updates
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the app or website to improve performance, address security or legal requirements, or change features. Some updates may be required to continue using the app.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, operating system version, region, or network.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicTacTactics is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from use of TicTacTactics.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the relevant app purchase in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by law.
11. Apple terms
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for TicTacTactics. Where required by Apple’s standard licensed application terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, except where additional notice or consent is legally required.
