1. Overview
TicTacTactics provides an Ultimate Tic Tac Toe game for iPhone. This policy applies to the mobile app, its online game features, and this website.
We aim to process only the information needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the experience. TicTacTactics does not require a separate app account.
2. Information processed in the app
Game and device settings
The app may store game preferences, selected player symbols, unlocked items, reward balances, notification choices, audio settings, and Remove Ads entitlement status on your device.
Game Center
If you use online multiplayer or leaderboards, Apple Game Center processes your Game Center identity, matchmaking data, scores, and related activity under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. TicTacTactics receives only the information needed to provide those features.
Purchases
The optional Premium: Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple. We do not receive your card number or banking details. The app receives transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore the purchase.
3. Advertising and diagnostics
The free version may display third-party advertisements. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, and technical information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization.
You can use Apple’s privacy controls to manage tracking permission. Purchasing Premium: Remove Ads disables in-app advertising but does not retroactively delete information already processed by an advertising provider.
The app or its platform services may also process crash and performance information to identify technical problems and improve reliability.
4. Website contact form
If you send the contact form, the form provider processes the name, email address, and message you provide so the request can be delivered and answered. Please do not send payment card data, passwords, or other sensitive information.
5. How information is used
- Provide game features, matchmaking, and purchases.
- Remember settings and unlocked content.
- Show and measure ads in the free version.
- Detect abuse, fraud, crashes, and technical problems.
- Answer support requests and feedback.
- Comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by providers that help operate the app and website, including Apple, Game Center, App Store, advertising, analytics, form delivery, hosting, and security services. These providers process information under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable.
We do not sell the content of contact messages. Information may be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention and deletion
Local app data generally remains on your device until it is reset or the app is removed. Purchase records and Game Center data are retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support history, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion through the contact form.
8. Children
TicTacTactics is a general-audience game and is not designed to collect personal information from children through an app account. Parents and guardians should supervise device, Game Center, advertising, and purchase settings for younger players.
9. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Data protection laws may differ, and providers use the safeguards required for their services.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
